Mission
When DHL, UPS, or FedEx delivers an international parcel to Canada or the United States, the carrier often charges a brokerage or clearance fee on top of duty and tax. Recipients often cannot tell whether that fee sits within the published tariff.
FeeVerdict Observatory compares carrier-billed customs and brokerage fees against published tariffs for Canada and the US. Neutral, data-driven fee verdicts for consumers and merchants.
