Moderation policy
Anyone can publish an observation with first name, last name and city — no email or Google account. Quality review comes later.
Review queue
- Submissions go live immediately. No account required.
- URLs in comments are stripped and flagged, without blocking publication.
- Outlier fees (>5× band median) stay visible but are excluded from medians until n≥3 similar reports.
- Email and Google signup remain in the product; they are not asked for to participate.
Grounds for rejection
- Spam or bot honeypot triggers
- Repeated promotional links or clearly off-topic content
- Duplicate or clearly fabricated amounts
- Sensitive personal data (phone numbers are masked automatically)
Community comments
We never buy or solicit reviews. Comments show fee, first name, last name and city when provided, and the comment text — no tracking numbers.
Admin console (internal)
Moderation happens only through the authenticated Super Admin console (cookie session + allowlist). There is no public moderation API.
