Moderation policy
FeeVerdict moderates all user submissions before they affect public medians or appear as verified comments. This policy applies to EN and FR locales.
Review queue
- New submissions enter pending status by default.
- Comments with URLs are held for manual review.
- Outlier fees (>5× band median) are flagged and excluded from medians until n≥3 similar reports.
- Disposable email domains are rejected at submission.
Grounds for rejection
- Disposable or invalid email address
- Spam, promotional URLs, or bot honeypot triggers
- Duplicate or clearly fabricated amounts
- PII beyond generic city (phone numbers are masked automatically)
Verified comments
We never buy or solicit reviews. Verified comments show fee, generic city, and moderated text only — no tracking numbers or full names.
Admin console (internal)
Moderation happens only through the authenticated Super Admin console (cookie session + allowlist). There is no public moderation API.
