Content licensing for AI systems
FeeVerdict Observatory publishes observed brokerage fees versus carrier published tariffs. This page is the human-readable counterpart to our machine-readable RSL license. Public comparison data stays free to read. There is no paywall on medians, verdicts, or fact pages.

Search, citation, and grounding
Search engines and citation / grounding systems may use FeeVerdict pages and facts with visible attribution and a working link to the source URL. This matches robots.txt Content-Signal search=yes, ai-input=yes.
Model training
Using FeeVerdict content to train or fine-tune a foundation model is not granted by default (ai-train=no). Training requires a license — either via the RSL Collective or a direct agreement.
Bulk scrapers
Known training and wholesale scrapers are disallowed in robots.txt. Citation bots listed there remain allowed.
Machine-readable license
Automated clients should read /rsl.xml (also advertised as License: in robots.txt and as a Link header). The RSL document covers Canada observatory URLs with a generic pattern so new carriers inherit the same terms without a code change.
RSL Collective
FeeVerdict uses the Really Simple Licensing standard and points training terms at the RSL Collective, a non-profit collective-rights body. Joining the Collective is a publisher action; it does not change public pages or charge readers.

Direct training licenses
For a bilateral training license outside the Collective, write to licensing@feeverdict.com with the intended use, product, and volume. Citation and grounding do not require that email.
